Decorate The Cake: March 2014
http://decoratethecakeblog.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
Monday, March 17, 2014. Thank you Virginia Marker for the latest blog post! Here are the molds used for the project: Basketball mold, Basketball Jersey mold, wood grain texture mat and basketball/football texture mat. Covering the board: Roll out the fondant and texture with the wood grain mat. Cut the fondant into strips and arrange on the board for the flooring. When doing the jersey mold, I mixed in some tylose so the jersey would stand next to the cake. After the chocolate sets, pop out the basketball.

Material and Ingredients Needed:. 1 lb Fondant tinted ivory or tan (for this project I used Choco-pan Caramel). Rotary Cutter or sharp knife. Assort soft bristle brushes. Decorate The Cake: Dragons!
http://decoratethecakeblog.blogspot.com/2015/04/dragons.html
Wednesday, April 15, 2015. Petal dusts from The Sugar Art. 50/50 Modeling Chocolate and Fondant. Press the modeling chocolate/fondant mixture into the mold cavity. Then using a mini palate knife remove the excess from the back of the mold. If you are worried about distortion on removing modeling chocolate/fondant from the mold you may place it in the freezer to set up a bit. I usually place it in the freezer for approximately 10 minutes. Then invert and flex the mold to remove the molded dragon face.
