Not as flavorful as if there would have been a pound of butter and gobs of sugar, but still filling and delicious. I based my recipe off of the basic Better Homes and Gardens muffin recipe but changed up a few things. I hope you give it a try! Wheat Cranberry Flax Muffins. 3/4 cups wheat flour. 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/4 cups old fashioned oatmeal. 1/4 cups flax seeds.
