Tuesday, August 26, 2014. Other than my own heart. I have had my share of broken hearts in my day. Haven't we all? Whether it be from a shattered romance, something one of our loved ones has done, watching someone (or a pet) suffer, moving away from a home and people you love, sending a missionary off for two very LONG years, witnessing the unfair treatment of others, or saying goodbye to a loved one for the last time while on this earth. I would have been devastated. It reminded me of a song I love by K...

Launey and Kaydee Ivers: July 2009
http://iverspartyof5.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
Monday, July 20, 2009. Say CHEESE, (or at least cheesy). I have already blogged about our trip to Logan and Bear Lake. I think I've even mentioned a thing or two about the Ute Stampede, so here is the week in review picture style! Why wouldn't my baby girl wear motocross pajamas? I Love That Man! I kind of like him too :). Grandpa Ivers would be SO proud! I am surprised that these two actually stopped long enough for a picture, they were going strong all night long! One HOT Granny and two adorable babies!

Launey and Kaydee Ivers: Lessons Learned from Pooh
http://iverspartyof5.blogspot.com/2010/04/lessons-learned-from-pooh.html
Thursday, April 22, 2010. Lessons Learned from Pooh. So, most of you know that I tend to be a tad bit on the paranoid side (notice the look of sheer terror on my face). When confronted with a situation or a proposition, such as, "Mom, can I go outside and play? I think to myself, passively at first, “oh, what’s the worst that could happen? 8221; turns into a small anxiety attack, when chances are, that whole mother’s worst nightmare scenario really isn. And here's where my dilema. That his pumpkin was ge...

Launey and Kaydee Ivers: October 2012
http://iverspartyof5.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html
Friday, October 19, 2012. Mummy Dogs, Eye of the Tiger, and Bouncing Curls. There must be something in the air this time of year. Fall seems to bring with it the smell of fallen leaves, a cool crispness in the air, and the preamble to the holiday season. Something about it always makes me reflect on years past and each and every year I am amazed at how fast time flies. Hey Buddy, what's up? Can I be in the talent show this year? What do you want to do in the talent show? Eye of the Tiger". My little Mya ...

Needless to say, this post could go on and on, but I decided to post a few pictures of some of my favorite things. For starters, I LOVE fall! I love the weather, the feeling of change, and the sense of anticipation that comes with the preamble to the holiday season, I just LOVE it all. My family has done a few things to welcome this fine fall season. We had to take advantage o...

Monday, November 24, 2014. If pictures are too small, just click to enlarge - if print is too small, you need glasses! Winter has come on with a vengeance this year. And with not much warning, just BAM! It went from the 50's to the teens in a day! That makes it hard to climatize when you are an outdoor runner. I must say the photo above is a first. I've never had my pumpkins freeze solid and then thaw out all squishy and limp. And look at my poor spikes! That happened literally overnight. Sure enough, ha...

Launey and Kaydee Ivers: March 2010
http://iverspartyof5.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Friday, March 19, 2010. Today Ellie pooped,. On my bedroom floor. With Luke's toothbrush as a tool, she dug through her poop and smashed it into my carpet,. And onto her hand. I didn't take a picture. . . Wednesday, March 3, 2010. I have recently returned from a fantastically fabulous trip to San Francisco. I loved nearly every minute of it (all except the part that I nearly suffered a severe panic attack due to a bit of turbulence followed by a ride on the subway. . .I'm SO sheltered! I love. it. Today,...

Launey and Kaydee Ivers: June 2009
http://iverspartyof5.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html
Monday, June 29, 2009. A few weeks ago I wrote this. Post Those were the days to remember. Then a few days ago, I filled my washing machine with a plethora of my favorite laundry category, the BRIGHTS. The now wet pile of loveliness into the dryer. I knew that in no time they would come out smelling fresh and feeling warm. Nearly every bright item my family owned was covered in grey SPOTS! I searched the dryer for the culprit, but to my dismay, I found no obvious suspect for the demise of my sunshiny.
