Saturday, September 3, 2011. I'm getting excited for fall. I just love the cool mornings that come with fall. They make me want to spend time outside instead of hiding inside with my AC. Lena has a gang and there are days where they just rove around the neighborhood messing up everyone's house. It's kinda cute. Except for the mess part. Friday, November 20, 2009. 12 eggs, beaten. 4-6 cups heavy cream. 4 cups Half and Half. 2-3 teaspoons Almond extract. I substitute Imitation Rum Flavoring and Almond extract for the whiskey and bourbon and use cream and Half and Half to replace the liquid volume. Combine all ingredients and chill before serving. I add a sprinkle of nutmeg on top before serving. As far as substituting liquids, etc. you need 1 cup of liquid per egg so if you want to reduce the recipe, that is your baseline. This pasteuriza...

Sunday, May 31, 2009. Slip n Slide fun. We brought out the slip n slide this weekend! The kids had tons of fun. I only snapped a few pics before my camera ran out of batteries. I will do another post because you have to see these kids on this thing.it was hilarious. But here are the few I did get! It drives me crazy.but I have to laugh. A few days ago I walked outside and saw this.so I grabbed the camera. Hope you enjoy as much as I did.hahaha. Take me out to the BALL GAME. Stay tuned for some posts!
