The Everyday Quote | Elke dag 1 inspirerende quote

Elke dag 1 inspirerende quote. Voel de vrijheid van alles mooi te maken. Omdat het soms mooier is dan dat je denkt. When I met you in the summer. Dat waren mooie tijden. And if you were to ask me. After all that we’ve been through. 8216;Still believe in magic? Oh yes, I do. Of course I do.

TheEverydayRD.com | Going where the food takes me

Welcome fellow food explorers. We all have a personal relationship with food. At the most basic level it hinges on the strength of our ability to differentiate the tastes that cross our palates when a food or drink is in our mouths. This trait is so intrinsic that from the moment of birth we can all express whether we like the taste of something or not. Over time, many other factors can and do influence our food preferences and our relationship with food. The Sugar Free Diet Myth. July 29, 2015.

The Everyday Reader

Friday, January 29, 2010. In honor of Anton Chekhov's 150th birthday today, I decided to read some of his short stories. I've probably read Cheknov before in some literature class or other, but this time it was for my own enjoyment. I read "The Orator," "Oh! And "About Love". They were. Enjoyable. I loved his humor, his unerring timing, and his truthful, but also loving, brief portraits. 1 Absence of lengthy verbiage of political-social-economic nature;. That's OK, Tolstoy, we love you anyway. Which I've...

The Everyday Runner – MY running… MY journey

MY running… MY journey. A review and a new plan. I said in a previous post that I was training using the Nike Running app. Based on the reading I’ve done, and my experience using the beginner coaching program I would NOT recommend it! As a beginner, or someone who hasn’t exercised in a while, your cardio-respiratory system is restricted. If you rush into anaerobic training, it’s bad for your heart, simple as that. I look forward to sharing my insights from his book and starting my new training regime.
