Adventures of the Finicky Foodie | A journey in food
Adventures of the Finicky Foodie. A journey in food. 3 tbsp butter, softened. 3 cups bread flour. 1 tsp active dry yeast. Prepare dough in bread machine on the dough setting. Add ingredients to the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. My machine recommends liquids first so I add them in the order listed. When the dough is finished transfer it to bowl and chill in fridge for 30 min. This will make the dough easier to braid. August 7, 2010 Categories: Recipes. Enter your ema...

Wednesday, December 19, 2007. Pepper Garlie Spicy Mayonnaise. My own personal recipe. :) i just whipped up quick for some chicken nuggets i threw in the oven. Of course this was for a serve of 9 nuggets the recipe can be expanded to suit your tastes and serving needs. I used about 1/2 table spoon Garlic Pepper seasoning. 1/2 tablespoon of Chipotle seasoning. A few tiny squeezes of Grey Pu Pon Deli Mustard with Horseradish. And about three good squirts of Helmans mayo. I think it's better than BB Sauce.

The Finicky Frog
Thursday, August 7, 2014. Read All About It. Ecently our house was featured in the Home and Garden section of our local paper, The Herald Bulletin. The author, Julie Campbell, did a wonderful job and was very flattering in her description of the house. I thought it would be nice to add to some of the pictures that were in the article. The corner hutch came from our previous house and holds my daughter Morgan's collection of Churchill china. Some of the plates have been used in the table setting. We have ...

Just another WordPress.com site. Beef and Barley Soup and Pumpkin Buns. October 19, 2011. Tough day at work. What’s the best thing to do for that? Come home and cook! I love the way cooking a new and complex dish helps me to forget the day and feel better about life. The beef and barley soup was borrowed from a recipe by Martha Stewart. It has a true depth of flavor and was very hearty! Beef and Barley Soup. Adapted from Martha Stewart Living Magazine. 2 Tbsp Olive oil. 1 Large onion, chopped. Sprinkle y...

the fin in the forest | a place of self discovery
The fin in the forest. A place of self discovery. One of my favorite things to do on a Sunday afternoon is wander the grocery aisles… sometimes for hours. Given I do not live on the most luxurious budget, I will often hover towards the sale items. Today was my lucky day as most of my favorite fruits were marked down, leading me to a creative healthy snack! You will need the following ingredients:. 2 2 tables spoons of honey (if you use a flavored Greek yogurt, do not add the honey). You can store them in...
