The Food Labeller is designed by a small, expert, independent team. I’m Jenny Ridgwell and I run the program. I’ve worked in food education for over 40 years and run the online Nutrition Program. Which is used by over 100,000 students in the UK and rest of the world. The new Food Regulations ask food outlets to know the allergens in the food they serve, so we’ve developed our experience to make a bespoke program for them. At a later stage we hope for a sponsor or way to fund the running of the program.
