It may feel like winter – to me – but it is still autumn, and we have been spending the last few weeks playing in the leaves on the local green, on our way home from school – until this week with all the rain where they have been turned into wet mush – so I thought I could try and make a craft out of this. I was given a brilliant craft toy that you can punch leaf shapes out of, so I did, lots, actually I did so many I have now broken the brilliant craft toy, oh well, it was free. Where has the time gone! Where has the time gone! We spent some of this morning looking at the school that our much too young Golden Boy will be starting in less than a year. And I can honestly say that I am not ready, who cares if he might be, what about me! It wasn’t long ago he was crawling around, it wasn’t long ago he had no hair, it wasn’t long ago he couldn’t speak, it really wasn’t long ago he would only eat the same old mush….
