The fish waste is an organic food source for the plants, and the plants in turn are a natural filter for the water the fish live in. Throw a couple in your tupperware with a few spoonfuls of the peanut sauce and enjoy a super healthy, insanely addictive lunch. 1 red pepper, sliced thin. 1 cup sliced purple cabbage. 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced thin. 1 package firm tofu. 1/4 cup chopped scallions. Handful of fresh basil leaves.
