Thursday, February 16, 2012. February in Northern California. My running buddy. She carries my water and phone and keeps a kick-ass pace. This post is not meant to make you feel bad, those of you who live in colder climes. It’s just an honest representation of the happiness this time of year makes me feel. Like John Steinbeck said of this place. It feels like spring six months of the year. We spend as much time outside as possible. Riding bikes, working in the yard, soaking the sun. What do you think?

Friday, July 25, 2008. Little jaunt for mom and dad. So Dad and I have been wanting to take a little trip like we did to Death Valley and so we went early yesterday morning up Cedar Canyon and around to Torrey and spent the night there and circled back around today.
