Wednesday, February 9, 2011. This one's going to be quick. You can freeze lasagna. So your favorite lasagna recipe will work. Its a time consuming meal so I always like to make more then one batch and freeze extras. It is also one of the more expensive meals. This one you'll want the Pyrex for as well. K so I don’t have measurements cuz I don’t measure anything…. This will make a 13x9 pan, sometimes a 13x9 pan and 9x9…. I generally have sauce left over, but I don’t know how much…. Cook one box of lasagna.

Thursday, February 21, 2008. So I finely figured out how to get music on my blog, took me long enough. Jeff got home on Sunday and as I was driving to the airport to get him, he calls me. "Hey Brit, what doing? Oh just on my way to the airport" I say. Pause "why are you doing that? Well I thought you would want a ride home" is my reply. I met an amazing man on October 31st 2010. After meeting him, my life was changed forever. This little man came into my life August 28th 2012. I would have never believed that this is where I would be today, but today I cannot imagine it being any other way. This little guy is the most amazing and the best thing that has happened to me.

Monday, June 23, 2008. I love the sun! I know, I know, I haven't posted in a long time and I probably won't be posting much this summer. I just love being outside way too much to sit at the computer. My good friend Chelsea is moving away soon, and Sandra was so great to put together a going away party for her. It was so much fun and I loved seeing you girls again. BEEF BURGANDY (CROCK POT). 15 pounds beef cut into 1" pieces. 1 can cream of mushroom soup. 1 cup red wine (You can use cooking wine, but seriously tastes better with real wine). 1 small onion chopped. 1 can 4oz sliced mushrooms. 1 package dry onion soup mix. 1 tablespoon minced garlic. Friday, January 28, 2011. Dinner tonight / Freezer Meal Meatloaf. Tonight we are going over to a friends house for dinner. Sales presentation dinner :(. But free food and a room for the kids to be away from me. SOLD. I however won't be buying anything. I will be thankful for that salesman in my prayers tonight though :). Monday, March 22, 2010. This coming Saturday, March 27th we will be digging out a ditch and installing a very large pipe. We have an irrigation ditch that has flooded our house a couple times and now we need to pipe it in. We could sure use anybody's help who is willing. On Saturday, April 10th we will be installing a vinyl fence. Again we could use all the help we can get. Aiden is already begging to go outside every minute of every day. Links to this post.
