Craig & Amanda Online: August 2015
http://cramandaham.blogspot.com/2015_08_01_archive.html
Craig and Amanda Online. Musings from the mission field. Saturday, August 29, 2015. Saturday Post - 29/8/15. Today’s post is short and necessarily non-specific, as the curtain comes down on a week in which we were churned head-first through the emotional wringer. However – and this is a big ‘however’ – there is a decent chance that what has happened will prove to be a postponement, rather than a cancellation; we probably can’t say any more than that, but we are still very mu...161;Que Dios les bendiga!

Craig & Amanda Online: Saturday Post -- 27/06/15

Craig and Amanda Online. Musings from the mission field. Saturday, June 27, 2015. Saturday Post - 27/06/15. Amanda with her trusty staff. This being our last working week before heading back to the old country, things have been pretty manic. Indeed, two days away from leaving, our to-do list doesn't seem to be getting any shorter. Nonetheless, there have been a couple of highlights. Before all of that, though, to the question that is on the tip of everyone's tongue: what about Ringo? In general my prime ...

Hands Speak Loudly: Finally! Now I Can Order Something Else at Olive Garden
http://handsspeakloudly.blogspot.com/2012/01/finally-now-i-can-order-something-else.html
Sunday, January 8, 2012. Now I Can Order Something Else at Olive Garden. I'm not a huge fan of your typical chain restaurants. I'd rather go to the local Mom and Pop Shop and take my chances than go to Applebee's or Bob Evan's. Both have been boycotted. I make a few exceptions: The Cheesecake Factory and Olive Garden. How can you resist the rich, thick deliciousness of cheesecake? It's worth making The Boyfriend overpay for an ogre sized portion of a meal that I can't finish just to get to the dessert!

Hands Speak Loudly: A Candy Apple Kind of Love
http://handsspeakloudly.blogspot.com/2011/11/candy-apple-kind-of-love.html
Tuesday, November 29, 2011. A Candy Apple Kind of Love. Grandma Ann's material loves are pretty straightforward: cooking, Jeopardy! And candy apples. And one out of four seasons of the year, Colin and I can hit the trifecta. We go to the fair, spend only enough money to satisfy the grease craving, buy a few granny smith candy apples, go to Grandma Ann's and eat a home-cooked meal as we watch Jeopardy! And she eats her candy apple. Tips for making candy. Do not make candy when the weather is humid. Contin...

Hands Speak Loudly: Holy Trinity
http://handsspeakloudly.blogspot.com/2011/10/holy-trinity.html
Monday, November 21, 2011. Os, cream cheese. Those are the three ingredients of which love is made. There is not an easier, more tasty recipe out there for these little bundles of joy. Best of all, they're not breaded and they're baked. My boyfriend's best friend's fiancée (let's call her Marcie) gets the credit for this wonderful recipe. Philadelphia Cream Cheese (tub, not the block). Cookie tray with raised edges. Kitchen scissors or knife. Preheat the oven to 350. Use a butter knife to fill the. Jelly...

Craig & Amanda Online: March 2015
http://cramandaham.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Craig and Amanda Online. Musings from the mission field. Saturday, March 28, 2015. Saturday Post - 28/03/15. There goes another weekend. I've definitely had worse weeks than the seven days just past. Three points at Anfield on Sunday. Finally conquering the outrageously challenging final level of Super Mario 3D World. And then, in the early hours of Friday morning, a most pleasant surprise: a big, fat, juicy south wind tumbling its way into town. For the benefit of the relative newcomers. MAS' party set ...

The event kicks off at 9am, so I have just enough time to share some extended prayer points.
