I just think the word BLOG is cool. Wednesday, October 21, 2009. Last night I went to the gym and just did the elliptical and the stationary bike. I should have written it down but I think I went about 2.5 miles on the elliptical which was about 350 cals and I know I did just over 7 miles on the bike which was 107 cals.
