The Ravenous Princess | A Cincinnati, hungry girl's quest for unpretentious, tasty food
A Cincinnati, hungry girl's quest for unpretentious, tasty food. First Watch – Harrison Green. July 30, 2015. Oddly enough, I’ve never been to ANY First Watch. My breakfast of choice is usually coffee. Just coffee. We’re not really the wake up early on a Saturday morning, get a big breakfast, type of family. We’re the “hey, let’s go to Servatti’s and grab some donuts” people. So, breakfast isn’t my thing. Hence, no First Watch. It’s eggs, people – calm down. ;). And, because I love him…. And, the other s...

The Ravenous Reader
Wednesday, February 3, 2010. The Crescent by Jordan Deen. Thursday, December 10, 2009. Fade by: Lisa McMann. This was a phenomenal book! I loved reading every minute of it. Was not the type of book that had some interesting parts, it was a book that was interesting as a whole. Page after page, my attention remained with this book. As much as I enjoyed. I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys adventure, mystery, and a hint of love. Sunday, November 15, 2009. Monday, June 15, 2009. Friday, June 12, 2009.

The Ravenous Redhead
Current Craving: Blogging hiatuses and returns/The Walking Gingerdead. December 21, 2014. I’m giving this blogging thing one more shot. Partially out of my own curiosity, partially because a difficult recovery forced me to draw back from it last time, a little more because I have so many drawings and paintings that need to be put out there, and mainly because I hate quitting anything. So now that we are past the awkward introductory phase of this post, lets get to the cool stuff. October 2, 2013. And dec...

Saturday, July 4, 2015. Low alcohol summer cocktail. With temps in the low 100s this weekend and fire season barreling down upon us, a light, refreshing drink is in order to celebrate the season. We hit upon a winner yesterday in the cocktail kitchen. It uses some of the summer's fresh produce, mezcal and Aperol, the wonderful Italian bitter orange aperitif. Mezcal and Aperol get along quite well together in a glass. Saturday, May 16, 2015. Goat tacos for the Preakness Stakes. Thanks be to the goat!
