These little gems were introduced to me during my Vipasana meditation. I really liked them. I’d seen the recipe in Surfer Grinds.

Food cooked by a passionate stay at home dad. Prep time – 5 minutes. Cooking time – 30 minutes. Serves – 4. 2 cups chicken stock (salt reduced). 250ml Passata (tomato puree). 1 cup basmati rice. 1 pkt Old El Paso burrito seasoning. 1/2 BBQ chicken (or 2 breasts/thighs) shredded. 1 can corn kernels. 1 can red kidney beans. 1 can diced tomatoes. 100g grated tasty cheese. 1/2 small red onion. 1 Add chicken stock, passata and burrito seasoning to a saucepan over a medium low heat. Banana Choc Chip Muffins.

OWWA Extends Assistance to Yemen Repatriates. March 6, 2015. The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) is ready to extend airport assistance to returning OFWs from Yemen who registered for the Mandatory Repatriation offered by the government as tension escalated in the said country. Administrator Calzado disclosed that as of 26 January 2015, there are a total of 2,391 OFWs working in Yemen as nurses, household service workers (HSWs), supervisors, technicians, mechanics, engineers, among others.
