My kids tried to open it, but they could not. so I went to the kitchen and took the scissors: the brown cardboard package got opened and a rain of colors and scents came out! 在几年前还没流行面包机时，我一直都想制作猪肉松，但是过程太累了，非常考耐性，所以都没去做，现在有了面包机，可以让自己在家做肉松变得更加容易～. 网上制作肉松的食谱种类繁多，看得眼花花，自己去谷歌翻找参考别人的做法～. 1。将猪瘦肉切成小块。放入沸水中汆烫一下，去除血水～. 2。放入锅中加适量水、葱、姜烧开，放入肉块，. 加入花雕酒，煮约30分钟。（要煮到猪肉一压就散开的状态）～. 3。煮好的肉块捞出晾凉到不烫手的，装入一个大袋（可以防止肉屑四散），. 倒入食用油，生抽、蚝油、白糖、盐、黑酱油胡椒粉等调味料拌匀. 5。启动面包机“9号果酱”功能，全程为1个小时20分钟～. 6。一个程序结束后，如果干湿度和蓬松度还不够，可以继续开启第二次果酱程序，. 65290;以上调味料是我自己调出来的分量，味道刚刚好，老公说跟外面卖的一样O(∩ ∩)O. 成功了，我下次回娘家可以做给自己的妈咪吃了，自己做比较健康 (≧▽≦)/. 芦柑渣 500g（去种子，用手榨干汁，拿去打碎）. 糖 300g ( 甜度可自己加减,糖份多的话可保存久一点 ). 成功啦 (≧▽≦)/. 1。先放湿材料再放干材料&#65292...

喜板我的第一次,每次都是家婆做给我吃,我从来不用自己下手去做,明天老公要去拜忌他的公太,而我嫁进刘家十多年了从来没有去拜忌过,所以我想尽一点心意给老人家. 糖100g （我只用50g). 水140g（我只放100g -）. 酵母 3g ( 1Tsp ). 2）然后把面粉、糯米粉、南瓜泥、糖、油（适量）和溶解酵母一起搅拌均匀，揉至面团光滑，用湿布/保鲜膜盖着待发酵至双倍大。 3）手可以沾些油，再把面团分成每粒大约28-30g - 然后搓成粒状摆放在香蕉叶/ Parchment Paper上，待第二次发酵（15-20mins ) 至表面光滑。 Sophia Way 喜板的竅门Tips -. 1）蒸好后把盖斜开一个小缝，可以让wok里外的温度调和，喜板的表面就不会因为热胀冷缩而变成皱皱的！。 2）糯米粉放多 - 会使面团变软. 3）面粉太多 - 面团会硬. 4）水太多 - 会使面团不成形. 5）油太多 - 面团会被油包着，发酵不起来（Sophia 婆婆给的advise）. 蒸好后拿给老公吃看看,他就嗯 ( 在细细的品尝着 )他说好吃但是不够甜. 第一次,做到不是很好,因为6寸我做成7寸,所以矮矮的.

台湾人火红的姜母茶红到大马来了,网上看到很多人卖,价钱有些都好高的,自己也跟风买了来喝,果然好喝极了. 桂圆适量10粒( 切碎 ). 红枣适量10粒( 切碎 ). 1。将老姜洗干净,然后连姜皮一起切成丁,也可以去皮. 3。炒到姜粒慢慢变成较深的颜色跟姜粒变干,加入桂圆红枣碎一起炒均匀（记得不要炒到变焦）. 4。然后马上加入红糖,拌煮翻炒均匀。（一定要用小火,不然黑糖很容易焦）. 4。当红糖慢慢溶化成糖浆,再一次的滚透后变成浓稠,就可以倒入模型中冷却 ( 如果要做成浆,滚后就可以取出 ). 5。趁姜母红糖还有余温的时候切块,待冷后就可收入玻璃瓶里,冷藏. 65288;千万不要等到完全冷后才来切,不然切不到）. 6。要喝的时候,拿一块姜母黑糖用温水泡溶,就可以饮用了. 姜母茶能够治疗寒咳,曾经我咳到很厉害有喝它,喝了半夜没那么咳,不过我咳太久了,最后是吃燕窝才完全好. 姜母茶对女性也很好,能够治疗经痛,以前我是用姜,桂圆,红枣现煮现喝,有时懒惰就没煮,对坐月子的产妇也是很好哦. 订阅：帖子 (Atom). 烘培之蒸 [ 蛋糕 ]. 免烤oreo cheese cake ( 有旦 ). 喜板家公家...
