I love this recipe for corn muffins - this time I added blackberries. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 cup fine-ground, whole-grain yellow cornmeal. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1 tsp baking soda. 8 Tb (one stick) unsalted butter, melted. 1 cup of berries. 1 Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray (paper liners do not work well with this recipe. We love you Seamus.

In celebration of Daddy's birthday we decided to have a family day at the Children's Museum. What an absolutely fabulous day! I highly recommend it to anyone with kiddos!
