Thursday, May 10, 2007. Been visiting Le Mont saint michel in Britany (or is it Normandy) the two being so different as Celine will remind me. I did try to get to the top of the spire but a load of monks were quite keen that i didn't so in the interests of Scots french relaations I didn't. Still it is an impressive place and the views from out on the Bay are worth the walk. I managed to escape the confines of the UK briefly this month. No jokes about not letting me back in now! Wednesday, May 30, 2007. The actual time is 3hours 27 minutes and 46 seconds! Its only a minute faster than the previous but still I am very pleased at that. A very fine course this year although once again there are whole miles that I can't recollect just now. And I still cried at 22 miles. Very impressive time. I saw you coming in while waiting for my team mate who jogged in at 4hr05min. You'd think with fresh legs every hour we would have been faster! Thanks for that. I was quite pleased!

Saturday, April 26, 2008. It bugs me slightly but if you are coming to see me in a consult. 3 treat for fleas with something reputable i.e ask the vet/nurse/receptionist at the Veterinary Surgery. These are really not optional if you have animals, despite the fact that you might have not seen the disease, parasite or worm in the faeces.
