Matt Schenk-n-Family: Baking Sugar Cookies
http://schenk-n-family.blogspot.com/2014/12/baking-sugar-cookies.html
Our little girls are growing up quickly! Check back often for updates! Friday, December 19, 2014. One Christmas tradition at our house is baking sugar cookies. This year seemed particularly busy for some reason so we ended up splitting it up into two evenings after school. The first night, we mixed up the dough and cut out the cookies. Mattison must have been aggravated because Ciara got to go first. I didn't notice until I loaded that pictures onto the computer that Ciara was being silly in this picture.

Our little girls are growing up quickly! Check back often for updates! Tuesday, October 28, 2014. Ciara didn't last much longer than it took me to take the picture digging the guts out of the pumpkin! Ciara's ended up as Olaf though now that I look at it I think it kind of resembles Alf? What do you think? I had found a page with 25 different Jack-O-Lantern designs and this is the one Mattison chose. Monday, October 27, 2014. Here's her Kindergarten picture to show you a comparison. We made some vanilla ...

Has long been used to help soothe tummy upset, helps with digestion and is considered an antioxidant spice. Ginger can be used to make tea. Included in spicy food dishes. To help balance both flavor and digestion, and is a perfect ending to a hearty Hoosier dinner. Ginger is the spice that comes to mind during autumn. The Beverlins: May 2011

Thursday, May 26, 2011. If this were a job. If blogging was my job, I would have been fired quite a while ago. I guess I must have wanted a break? It's not like we stopped doing things around here and I had nothing to blog about. For instance, I'm sure you all would have loved to know that we are already on to Bella #2. Poor Bella #1 got tonged by Tripper a few too many times. He would sneak in the kitchen and get my tongs and stick them in there to try to catch them. She was rotting or something. I real...

The Beverlins: March 2012
http://thebeverlins.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
Thursday, March 22, 2012. We've been on spring break over here. I was all ready for a relaxing week. I was so excited to have Matt be able to work without any interruptions for a whole week. And he's long overdo for some time just to do his own thing. The week hasn't gone as planned at all. It's been a bummer. I don't think either of us (especially Matt) has felt like we've had a break since the "break" started. Every single person has had an appointment of some kind each day. Tired, whiny kids. If pinte...

Thursday, January 8, 2015. Goldfinch sometimes called wild canary is a female or male in winter outfit. Happy New Year so far so good I know it is cold but remember the snow from the last couple of years was no fun. It is dry or sort of the ground is hard and no mud except in certain areas where the cattle keep it stirred up. I have been going out with my 2 little dogs and they enjoy the snow at night is the quietest the wind is calm and it seems warmer. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). The Wife of a Dairyman.
