For my parents 40th Anniversary and my Mom's 60th Birthday, my parents were generous enough to take us all on a cruise! We went on a 4 night cruise to Cozumel, Mexico. It was so great to be with our family and do something so very exciting! Getting off in Cozumel. Our ship, the Paradise. Admiring the blue water. Mama lusting after boots! Waiting for our excursion!

By 8:30 you've already eaten in bed while watching TV,. Gotten your nails done while enjoying a sucker. One memory of my Nanny as a little girl is painting my finger nails. This morning we had a field trip to the zoo. It's a great zoo! Their primate exhibit was awesome. There were so many different monkeys, lemurs etc., including a gorilla with a pacemaker! This animal rode in the stroller the whole time. If you paid $3, you could feed the giraffe lettuce, but we didn't do this.

I miss you Steppe Orchard! But it is starting to cool down here as well. We don't have colored leaves yet, but they will come. We caved this week and made our first batch of pumpkin bread, and got some tissue paper to substitute for those colored leaves in our craft projects! Tuesday, September 16, 2014. So much to tell!
