Shift into Conscious Healing. 1) How long is the treatment? The first appointment takes about 1.5 hours which includes an extensive intake. The following treatments are between 45 minutes to an hour. 2) What should I wear? You can come in whatever clothes you are wearing. I do recommend that if your pants or top are tight to bring some loose fitting sweats or shorts or a t-shirt. 3) Do you accept insurance? 4) How does Acupuncture effect my existing conditions or pharmaceutical drugs I may be taking?
