Mercoledì 16 luglio 2014. L'autostima è l'idea che si ha di se stessi. Un bambino si basa SOLO su criteri esterni: non si nasce con l'autostima, gliela creiamo noi ("che bravo che sei! Che bello che sei! Per esempio non bisogna dirgli "sei stupido", ma "ti sei comportato in modo stupido". L'autostima è legata al sentirsi degno d'amore, al sentirsi capace ed al sentimento di unicità. INDICATORI DI BASSA AUTOSTIMA:. Scarsa considerazione di sé ("non so fare le cose bene come gli altri"). Si mangia le unghie.

Vanilla Cake with White Chocolate Drizzle. This cake was an experiment. Be generous with the vanilla extract. It was surprisingly dense and yet light at the same time. Nicka declared it to be the best vanilla cake she's ever eaten. Guess I best record the recipe. Add 2tsp vanilla extract. 2 eggs - separated.
