Nikki Bayles, owner of My Happy Place shop, presented the program. She brought materials for each member to paint a sign for their own garden. Everyone enjoyed participating and each sign was unique. Sara Bradley served as co-hostess. Members brought herbs with them to the meeting and these were exchanged after the program. Also, members were given a vase with an arrangement of rosemary, artemisia, and mint as a favor by the hostess. Annette Dougherty presented a program on herbs. Ree Smith and Judi Burns.

Last year we added large red mesh bows to the containers around the square but this year most of the shrubs are so large and the decorative cabbage and kale have grown so, there is little room to put in a bow. Even though the scale is not exactly right, smaller red bows were added to drape on the side of the pot. Friday, November 14, 2014. Club Has Program on Garden Containers.

Katherine Lee Rose Garden. Calendar of Meetings 2013-2014. Tuesday, April 28, 2015. This is a copy of the program for the garden tour which included a history of the house as well as instructions for some of the projects that were displayed. It is impossible to include photos of all the many features of the Countryman's yard but some of the highlights follow the copy of the program. Sarah's "scarecrow" greeted everyone as they started the tour. This chair was "repurposed" to make a planter.
