I love a sunny day. Tuesday, January 27, 2009. Idiot box no more. We have no TV now. We got rid of it more than a week ago for the sake of our middle child who was seriously addicted to it, and unable to keep himself from living in Wiggle-Thomas-ABCKids-land. I am surprised at how well I personally am doing without it. The house feels a lot calmer in general, at night and during the day. Saturday, January 24, 2009. We got out some candles and wine glasses for our wedding anniversary earlier this month and the children loved it! They stayed at the table longer and we really had a fun mealtime. Tomorrow we will officially announce our move to beautiful Kangaroo Valley, which is south-east of here, about a 30 minute drive. My husband will be the assistant minister of Berry/Kangaroo Valley parish, but effectively the minister of KV church. Apparently Kangaroo Valley is 24 in the list of the 100 best spots to live in New South Wales. Lucky us, hey? How I LOVE packing.
