My recent trip to Philadelphia (my home away from home) was a culinary inspiration as I visited Geno's for a mouth watering cheesesteak (Pat's Steaks, I love you too) and a few of my favorite restaurant haunts. However, the culinary highlight was my BFF Melodie Schippang who impressed me so much with her skills that I had to share this recipe with you!
