My go-to late night snack of late has been. 8220;Dam Dam Noodles”. Or Spicy Peanut Noodles. Whenever I go to Asian Legend. I will order a bowl of these noodles. However, after finding this recipe, I find that I prefer this version instead. The recipe is easy, inexpensive, and takes no time at all. 1/2 lb of noodles. 1 tbsp sesame paste/Tahini. 2 tbsp Peanut Butter. 2 tbsp Soy Sauce. 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar. 1 tsp chili paste. 1 Boil Noodles.
