讓光，似漣漪般～ ～ ～ ～ ～ ～. 起床，四肢仍稍無力，睽違4 5天，今天終於排便了，顏色硬度算正常狀態，無臭味(表示腸道整體狀態OK，益菌 壞菌，糞便的味道和飲食及腸相息息相關)。 隨後騎到中壢，去書局閱讀有關「咖啡灌腸」的書籍，翻閱了：. 12298;圖解，腸道健康法》. 卻沒找到另外兩本《救命聖經，葛森療法》、《遠離疾病的生活》. 了解咖啡灌腸的起源、原理、效用及做法，隨後便去醫療器材行買灌腸袋. 做完，蹲馬桶，有排出細小及稍大的糞便顆粒，排完的物質稍有咖啡香，但有明顯的臭味(腐敗的食物殘渣). 做完後，清潔整理收拾相關用具，稍稍發覺四肢的無力感不見了，不清楚原因為何(可能是腸道減少吸收腐敗殘渣的毒素的轉變？). 此狀態，明早起床，將有更深刻的感受。 薑麻園賞日出，朋友捕風景，我捕他們！哈. 多起床，去苗栗大湖的薑麻園看日出，在路上一直聞到各種味道。 接著到卓蘭和第四位朋友會合，前往雪見遊憩區，相當舒服美麗的地方，下山時去走丸田砲台遺址步道，並在入口處＂賞＂吃馬告香腸. 乾麵，朋友說好吃，有不同的風味，我則買了一小瓶的馬告。 最後回到卓蘭， ＂. 紙板、尺、美工刀&...1將信紙固定於紙板上&...

My 2014 Mile and Point Earning and Burning. January 6, 2015. It’s time to summarize where I went and how I got there. I flew about 261k miles this year, up from 2013′s 228k miles. Unlike last year, where most of those (90% or so) were revenue, roughly 98k miles were on award tickets ( 62% revenue). All but 75k miles were in premium cabins, but with the marked uptick in travel, this was a better ratio (28.7%) than 2013 (32.1%). My award redemptions were numerous:.
