WANNASEW: The one and only....
http://sewwithwannasew.blogspot.com/2013/10/the-one-and-only.html?spref=bl
WANNASEW Taking the edge out of sewing! Some of my goals. Fun and Forgiving Projects! Thursday, October 17, 2013. The one and only. Recently, I met with Estella O. You see, she's a well known designer in this area who has a big heart! Estella had a fabric give away and the person's had to come to her home. I was out of town that entire day, however, thanks to smartphone and face book, I was able to see the post, reply very early that morning, :-), and she waited for me to get back in town and meet her.

WANNASEW: This is just terrible!
http://sewwithwannasew.blogspot.com/2013/03/this-is-just-terrible.html
WANNASEW Taking the edge out of sewing! Some of my goals. Fun and Forgiving Projects! Sunday, March 17, 2013. This is just terrible! Seems like I'm once again the bearer of bad news. A local Hancock Fabrics (only a few miles from me) is closing! Now maybe I missed the "411", but Hancock's made no mention in their frequent emails. Then again, maybe that's not expected as those emails probably generate from "headquarters.". August 26, 2013 at 11:01 PM. If not where do you shop for your fabrics? YES, I CAN!

I am (suppose) to be testing a handbag. Got everything, but yet to start (starting today). In bag: 1.5 yards of flannel, 1.5 yards of stiff interfacing and the rest of my fabric I grabbed from my stash. :-). Stay tuned for more! Thank you kindly for visiting WANNASEW. I will post your comment very shortly! YES, I CAN! Flowing with ...

WANNASEW: M7055 update
http://sewwithwannasew.blogspot.com/2015/01/m7055-update.html
WANNASEW Taking the edge out of sewing! Some of my goals. Fun and Forgiving Projects! Saturday, January 17, 2015. Greetings. Didn't get to finish M 7055 (please see last week's update and pattern below), but made good progress. I was with a meetup group that held its first meeting today. Met some wonderful sewists and the atmosphere was amazing- even that was worth the drive! You gotta have 60 inches to make this pattern work! Either I'll finish before the month ends or at the next meetup! YES, I CAN!

WANNASEW: It's every sewer and crafter's BAH HUMBUG!
http://sewwithwannasew.blogspot.com/2015/07/its-every-sewer-and-crafters-bah-humbug.html
WANNASEW Taking the edge out of sewing! Some of my goals. Fun and Forgiving Projects! Saturday, July 25, 2015. It's every sewer and crafter's BAH HUMBUG! I went to G Street in Falls Church after work. No clearances, mostly everything was 25%off. The fabric you see was formerly what they kept on the "remnant" table and that's always been $2.97 a yard. I got 4 yards of the beige and 3 yards of the baby blue (it's some sort of knit), plus some purple and white webbing. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
