Treatsntweets's Food Blog. December 15, 2013. Looking for a quick, shortcut meal you can make in 20 minutes or less? Buy falafel mix, preferably from Israel, and divide in two bowls. Add water to one of the falafel mix bowls so it forms a thick paste – wait 10 minutes. Add olive oil to the bottom of a stovetop pan – filling it halfway. Take chicken cutlets, roll in falafel mix flour, then dip and encase in falafel mix. Dice tomatoes and cucumbers. Serve falafel chicken with the salad. YUM!
