For the third year in a row Cap'n Mike's has run a BBQ booth at the Redwood City Blues Festival. And this year was the most profitable yet! The guys have things down to a science as far as cooking/timing and us girls were turning out order like no tomorrow! Vik and I already busy at work. Mike - our meat slicing machine! Smoking Tri-tip and beans.
