NinjaPigeon - My Flight to Financial Independence. Friday, March 31, 2006. Got a quote and had it done in under a week. Cost us just south of $3k, and was worth every penny. It looks like an entirely new house! Posted by NinjaPigeon at 5:09 PM. Wednesday, March 22, 2006. My favorite new program. I haven't yet bought a scanner to start converting old documents, but I did download as many statements as I could from my online accounts . For those accounts where a PDF was not available, but an online sta...

Experiences of a REI (NY style). My successes and failures as I attempt to build my wealth through real estate investing. Tuesday, May 09, 2006. Update on contract #1. But through doing this deal we have learned some valuable lessons. 1 - double and triple check the contract before you hand it in. 2 - Make sure your RE agent understands everything that you are doing, and plan on doing. 3 - We found out a great bank to use, where we can get 100% financing if we need. NinjaPigeon - My Flight to Financial Independence: January 2006
http://ninjapigeon.blogspot.com/2006_01_01_archive.html
NinjaPigeon - My Flight to Financial Independence. Sunday, January 08, 2006. New job, 401k and IRA questions. Okay, so I started a new job on Jan 3rd. It pretty much is a dream job for me. Very interesting work, very good pay, and a very well respected company. However, I'm only a contractor right now (but on a W2 rather than 1099 through my recruiter), so I'm not contributing to a 401k anymore. So, since I'm not eligible right now. For a 401k, and knowing that I will. Posted by NinjaPigeon at 9:43 AM.

NinjaPigeon - My Flight to Financial Independence. Saturday, September 17, 2005. After I did the Chase application last night, I went ahead and did the Schwaab visa application also. This one is for a $100 visa gift card. I'm hoping I'd get the card by christmas and could use it to pay for some of my gifts this year. I'd only be getting this card for the promo, and not to actually use, but it's worth the time. Posted by NinjaPigeon at 4:58 PM. Friday, September 16, 2005. Stupid Transfers and CC Promotions.
