Nixon vs 100 Bad Movies. Challenging IMDB's Bottom 100. Friday, February 25, 2011. 100 Bad Movies- 96 - Alien From L.A. Well first of all this post is not going to be very long. Why? Because I watched Alien From L.A while I was rather sick, with a virus that or may not be Flu. I already had a throbbing headache, and I'm sure the fever I had at the time was caused by my sickness and not the movie. In saying that, it certainly didn't do me any favours either. Of course I did say almost, so come back next t...

A Year With Oscar: October 2010
http://ayearwithoscar.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
A Year With Oscar. Wednesday, October 27, 2010. An intriguing and brilliant idea or a mid-twenties crisis? So why have I decided to create a blog? Why am I doing this? You may be thinking I'm a Julie Powell wannabe, however I'm only Julie if somebody actually reads this and seeing as I'm not confident about that, lets just say, I'm publicly ranting via the Internet:). A Year With Oscar: January 2011
http://ayearwithoscar.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
A Year With Oscar. Sunday, January 23, 2011. ET: The Extra Terrestrial. MOVIE OF THE WEEK. Starring: Dee Wallace, Henry Thomas, Robert MacNaughton, Drew Barrymore and Peter Cyote. Starring: Albert Finney, Thomas Courtenay, Zena Walker and Eileen Atkins. I appreciate that this film was different and in its own way almost seemed like a dedication to the theatre. However, I did not enjoy it very much and found it quite peculiar and a bit boring. I give it a 3/10! Sunday, January 9, 2011. I also have to apol...

A Year With Oscar: A J.D. Moment
http://ayearwithoscar.blogspot.com/2011/02/jd-moment.html
A Year With Oscar. Monday, February 7, 2011. Not necessarily. As fans of Scrubs would know, once in every season, J.D. will pass the reigns to one of his offsiders and the events taking place are depicted through their perspective and titled "Her/His. something". What's this got to do with me you ask? Well basically the last movie I watched was. Hey folks, Turk here. I liked the movie. The End. Until next time, “that’s robot for goodbye” (JD, Scrubs. A Year With Oscar: Bleh
http://ayearwithoscar.blogspot.com/2010/12/bleh.html
A Year With Oscar. Wednesday, December 1, 2010. Bleh is the word of the day. Bleh mentally and bleh physically. As I sit here staring at the remains of a KFC Combo that I shouldn't have eaten (but it was delicious) and ask myself the question "why are you engaging in food therapy, it never works? But for those five glorious minutes of eating that deep fried goodness, I did feel almost euphoric), I just can't help but feel sorry for myself. Why the woeful attitude? And Chariots of Fire. So, on-would we go!
