Make Turtle Crossing your summer home. When you lease a site with us you are guarenteed the same spot every year without having to sign a long term contract. This allows you yo customize the site to fit your needs. Our seasonal rate also includes winter storage. Sites vary in size and come with water, sewer and 30 amp electric. The season runs from May 15th to September 30th. Start and finish dates have some flexability. The cost of a seasonal site is $2000.00 plus GST.

Turtle Crossing is situated on a sprawling 65 acre pacel of land featuring mature hardwoods and open meadows. We are bordered by the Assinniboine River to the south and Lake Percy to the north. Just minutes from anywhere in Brandon we offer a rare combination of beauty, seclusion and convenience. Swimming and Kayaking are available in Lake Percy or the Assiniboine River. You can also cool off or use non motorized watercraft in our Man Made Lake.

Kayak and Paddle Board Demo. Every Monday 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm. The great folks at Stream and Wood are hosting kayak and stand up paddle board demos every Monday evening throughout the season.
