I will believe it when I don't see the damp. Cleared my hats apart from the one that might get me upgraded! Paid bills, most shops closed so no retail therapy possible, went to get hair done for entry into London looking less like a farmer and discovered I was one hour late! I like the red more than the white!

Monday, 10 March 2008. SPRING SPRANG -WINTER WITHERED! Spring finally arrived and all the hard work I put into planting hundreds of bulbs, has paid off. The farm is covered in patches of wonderful daffodils which smile at me as I gaze out of the windows. My crocus are nearly over now but the willows are out, the jasmine is another happy yellow splash up by the main gate, and before the big storm of three days ago, my mimosa was magnificent. We have had to prune them to see if we can save their lives.

Wednesday, 17 November 2010. GAUGUIN AND SUNFLOWER SEEDS AT THE TATE. AC and I had our first day 'together' in London today and chose to spend it on a trip down Father Thames to Tate Modern to see the Gauguin exhibition, and something that moved me far more, the Sunflower Seeds. Here are some photographs just to jog our memories in years to come. I am going to use my blog more as a diary for Little Jude than saying anything of earth-shattering importance!
