http://cookmenext.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
A Journal of Novice Cooking. Saturday, September 25, 2010. So you think you can cook! Well here's something that'll impress your guests: Filipino Pork Adobo! Pretty easy. Start by getting some pork meat. Preferably the kind that has fat still on them. Slice them up into 1" cubes. Toss 'em in a cooking pan/pot. Add smashed garlic cloves (2 heads), salt, pepper, vinegar (3 tbsp), and soy sauce (1/2 cup). Easiest and arguably the most delicious 30-45 minute meal ever. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

A Journal of Novice Cooking. Sunday, July 4, 2010. My cousin sent me a couple waffle recipes so this morning, being a lazy Sunday, I thought I'd give one of them a shot. It's a quick recipe, that churns out several waffles within about 40 minutes or so. I got 5 out of the recipe. The recipe is as follows:. 3/4 cup of all purpose flour. 1/4 cup of corn starch. 1/2 tsp of baking powder. 1/4 tsp of baking soda. 1/2 tsp of salt. 1 1/2 tsp of sugar. 1/2 cup of milk. 1/2 cup of buttermilk. 1/3 cup of v. oil.
