Annie's, not so sure if I likey your pad thai, Pad Thai. 2 garlic cloves, minced. 4 shallots, thinly sliced. 8-10 medium sized prawns, fresh, cleaned and deveined. 2 eggs, lightly beaten. 1 package Annie Chun's Pad Thai Rice Noodles. 1 cup fresh bean sprouts. 4 TB lime or lemon juice. 3 TB fish sauce. 1-2 pinches pepper flakes. Mix ingredients to create sauce. 2 TB fresh cilantro, chopped. 3 TB roasted peanuts, crushed (I did not crush). 3 TB scallions, thinly sliced.

Today I started feeling like I needed some vegetables. I had the stuff for this minestrone and I mustered the effort to make manifest. Mom said that there was boxed soup in the cupboard, like it was the same as fresh. She's funny like that. Minestrone with Green Beans and Fennel. 2 medium cloves garlic, smashed. 1 145 oz can diced tomatoes.
