Thursday, October 27, 2011. Stinkhorns in my lawn. Frequently bewilder people by popping up in lawns, thrusting their slime-covered tips into the world within a matter of hours. They have been much maligned over the years, probably because- well, because they stink and they often look like penises (human, canine, or alien). Current news in Ulster Chess. The Ulster Chess Union is responsible for organising, administering and developing chess in the Province of Northern Ireland. The 2015 Ulster Championships will be held in the Europa Hotel on the 21st -23rd August. Ulster Championships 2015 -. Top Ulster Children receive awards at Stormont on June 5th at the invitation of Kieran McCarthy MLA. The youngsters enjoyed a tour of Stormont and an opportunity to play chess in this beautiful and historic building. UCU League 1 (2015).
