In 2013 I completed a 10 month hatha yoga teacher certification at Kula Annex and am certified by Yoga Alliance. I have taught in Toronto and in Cuba and in 2014 became a certified Yoga for Round Bodies teacher. I strive to bring humour and simplicity and a straightforwardness to the yoga practice in safe and inclusive way.

Monday classes have a different emphasis and explore different poses from week to week. Wednesday classes are a set sequence that will not change from week to week. As class size is limited to 8-10 students, please pre-register for class by emailing register@uncomplicatedyoga.ca. Single class - $17*.
