Chair Welcoming Parents and Guests. Head Massage by A.I.N.T of East Ham. UOD Management Team .Victoria, Paulina and Ally and Hilary from NCN. The atmosphere was really great and many activities were available, including face painting, drawing, pass the parcel, karaoke and many others. Plenty of homemade food was on offer such as samosas, chicken bryany, Moroccan dishes, sandwiches etc;etc.

At UpsideofDown parents and carers come together to support each other. Many parents have acquired a lot of experiences both positive and negative. They are willing to share amongst each other. During our parents meetings books, literatures, videos on both down syndromes and other disability issues will be made available. A list of items will be published on a regular basis. There was also a Raffle Draw with as main prize a DVD Recorder. Money raised from the raffle will help the groups develop more services for their members. The Raffle Prizes were donated by both UOD and CPNN. Mr Habib from CPNN was very please with the good turn out. For UpsideofDowns was announced and is now available. UpsideofDowns is planning more events in 2007 for its members. UOD would like more parents/carers to come forward and join the group. Below The Event Was Reported In the Local Press.
