Regional staff are available to facilitate leadership retreats for congregations. Generally, staff will meet with two or more congregations around specific issues such as governance, stewardship, pastoral care programming, faith formation, conflict transformation, and other topics relevant to congregational life. We can also provide referrals to outside consultants who are specialists in capital campaigns, conflict resolution, mission/vision work, strategic planning, and a host of other topics.

Yana Smith is one of nine UU representatives, and one of two UUYACJ members, going to Marrakech, Morocco as an observer of the UN climate change summit COP22.
