7 is the magic number. So if I squirt the alfentenil up my nose and wait 7 minutes I can move without screaming. Dose lasts for 15 minutes. 2 squirts and I managed to have hot bath and hair wash and dressings changed with no pain, tho I did get a bit of the hissing ears and giddiness. Juat this evening heard that a very sweet little ten year old girl died of an asthma attack. Kayleigh Hunt, I hope heaven is full of unicorns and butterflies for you. All my love to your famuly.
