Complaints & investigations. The Inspectorate may, at any time, make recommendations to the IBAC on any action that it considers should be taken (including that concerning IBAC personnel). It may also require the IBAC to provide a written report in response to the recommendation/s made. The Inspectorate is also empowered to recommend that action be taken by:.
