Sue Dennis: April 2015
http://suedennisartquilts.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html
Thursday, April 30, 2015. At the Sunshine Mill in The Dalles, east of Hood River we indulged in a cheese board and tasted 5 local wines, white and reds. The eclectic atmosphere of the old converted mill added to the conviviality. Industrial fittings remain in place or have been repurposed. We are trying to be good, really! Wednesday, April 29, 2015. Discovered the ETC Every Thread Counts. Dottie was on her own today as Mum was looking after a sick goat. Viewpoints 9 challenge reveal. In my neighbourhood ...

Sue Dennis: Return to Bali
http://suedennisartquilts.blogspot.com/2015/08/return-to-bali.html
Monday, August 10, 2015. Volcanic ash was not a problem for our trip to Bali, perhaps because we were flying from Singapore. This greeted us in the arrivals duty free area, so we paused briefly for a photo. We had not been to Bali since 2000 so were curious to see the changes. Wanted to rub this, of course! Musings...

Sue Dennis: Lund
http://suedennisartquilts.blogspot.com/2015/05/lund.html
Monday, May 18, 2015. We wanted to visit Lund, an historic fishing village at the start or end, depending on your travel direction, of Highway 101. The other end is in Patagonia, Chile. We were too early for the Shellfish Festival but enjoyed a peaceful day on the waterfront. We stayed in the Lund Hotel, seen in the background above. We are coming across a lot of totem poles on our travels. The light lasts for a long time in these northern parts and this was just a lovely glow. View my complete profile.

Sue Dennis: June 2015
http://suedennisartquilts.blogspot.com/2015_06_01_archive.html
Tuesday, June 30, 2015. We didn't need to go all the way to the North Pole to find it! There is a North Pole, Alaska and who knew the coffee could be so good. Sadly our last morning in Alaska spent at the Fairbanks Airport at a very early hour, although the sun had been up since 3am. We are now back home and were surprised by the dark nights after living for a very brief time in the Land of the Midnight Sun. Monday, June 29, 2015. Friday, June 26, 2015. Hand beading on the leather garments. Interesting t...
