You go on a date with someone and apart from the fact that you realize that they are not right for you [or maybe you are not sure anyhow] they get fundamentals of how to conduct a date wrong and ruin their chances of making a good impression (with someone who might be right for them) so here are the commandments. Empathy and humour are essential on a date. Show that you are good at give and take show you can be flexible. Make eye contact (if possible).
