The log of my restoration of a 1965 Volvo P1800S. Saturday, April 4, 2009. Drove up to Ventura to look at a possible 1965 P1800S that had been sitting in a yard for an extensive period. Apparently, school kids had been using it for target practice and the body showed it. A B20 engine was taken apart in the trunk. All in all most likely too much work for me. These are made by Smiths in England. I getting these out to be cleaned, serviced and calibrated by Nisonger Instruments in MA. Maybe a little early for interior work, but that's the fun part! V o l v o P 1 8 0 0 . i n f o. O-20000 har vært i mitt eie siden april 2001. Det er en Volvo P1800S 1967 modell. Originalfargen er grønn, kode 94. Bilen har vært eid av et ektepar i California i 30 år og ble importert til Norge i 1998. Etter det jeg vet er jeg den tredje formelle eieren. Bilen er nå strippet til "beinet" og restaureringen pågår for fullt. Karosseriet er sandblåst og det skal rettes opp i en del skavanker før lakkering. Følg med på prosessen på nyhetssiden!
