I went back to sleep afterward. No such luck today. It doesn't help that I have a lot on my mind. For one, I am trying to work enough hours to qualify for FMLA when my due date rolls around. I'm one of those people that would be perfectly happy if someone paid me to stay at home and do nothing. (Not that I'd actually. I just finished read...

Charlotte's Blog: November 2009
http://ourlittlecharlotte.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Sunday, November 29, 2009. Frying Pan Farm Park. We were lucky that Steve didn't have to work this weekend and we were able to plan a family outing. We were also extremely lucky that the weather was so nice this late in November! There are so many fun places to explore around our area, and today we decided to go to Frying Pan Farm Park. Some of Charlotte's little friends had been here before and we'd heard good things about it. They just kept coming! Charlotte hanging on the fence watching the horses.

http://ourlittlecharlotte.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Wednesday, February 17, 2010. After leaving High Point we headed for Chapel Hill. The Tar Heels were scheduled to play NC State in basketball at 4:00pm and we were going to attempt to take Charlotte to her first Carolina game at The Dean Dome. She had been to a game in Atlanta at the ACC Tournament, but never to one in Chapel Hill! We grabbed a quick lunch back on Franklin Street and decided to head over to the hotel to try and get Charlotte a nap before the game. We grabbed a quick breakfast at the hote...

We were all exhausted after the big event, and thankfully Charlotte took a nice long nap! Espec...

Our own little happy place. There's somethin' happenin' here.what it is ain't exactly clear.". Thursday, May 05, 2011. There is no question that what he did/planned was horrible and despicable; were he to be tried as a criminal (which is what he was/is to me), he'd almost certainly fry. I don't support capital punishment - it's all part of being pro-life to me - but I can recognize that it would be a likely scenario for crimes of such magnitude. Has evil ceased to exist? Imagine what would have happened ...

Perhaps first with the fact that it is. Second, even if it WERE true, why as Christians do we need our faith to be affirmed by the State? To me, this smacks of thinly veil...

Our own little happy place. There's somethin' happenin' here.what it is ain't exactly clear.". Saturday, November 13, 2010. I just love the things my son comes up with. Right now he is counting all the pennies - just the pennies - from his money bank. He tells me he's going to use the money to take Daphne out for supper. For the confused reader, Daphne is a stick pony that he's had since before his first birthday. He tells me they are going to eat somewhere "with a lot of grass.". Posted by Saintly Nurse.
