http://www.billlatronica.com/2014/07/18/war-of-ages-new-album-imminent
Books You Need To Read. War of Ages – New Album Imminent! Is set to release their newest album Supreme Chaos. Next Tuesday, July 22. This is one of my most highly anticipated albums of 2014. My first exposure to this metalcore. Juggernaut of a band was their 2006 release Pride of the Wicked. I instantly fell in love with the gritty “chuggachugga” guitars and screaming vocals, all blended together with harmonic guitar solos and deep background vocals. EVERY SONG on. Pride of the Wicked. Fire From The Tomb.

No real noteworthy albums from this week, but loads of good singles. War of Ages - Lionheart. I dont think Ive listened to War of Ages. In a couple years now, and damn have they gotten with the times. I grew tired of all their work sounding the same, but this is fantastic. Fast, aggressive, punishing, and yet still feels like it belongs in the current era of metalcore. Definitely not a new band, but new to me. Shockwave. Is some good 90s hardcore themed around the cartoon version of Transformers. Dope.
