So the title of my blog is maths, insanity, and snooker, can’t remember is that’s the right order, I expect insanity comes first actually, that would make more sense. :p. Insanity, maths and snooker. CBT, Mindfulness and stuff. June 1, 2014. So I’ve been doing this 10 minute a day mindfulness/meditation thing that my cb therapist recommended. Found it good at the start. Just done my 7th day and struggled a bit today, was rather restless, and can never seem to focus on my breathing without manipulating it.
