Vooral in Azië wordt rijst dagelijks gegeten. Niet allen als hoofdmaaltijd, maar ook bij het ontbijt. Zo weet ik van een vriend van mij die een tijdlang in Indonesië is geweest dat hij de dag met nasi begon.
