Life After Pasties: 2011 in review
http://singletracked.blogspot.com/2012/01/2011-in-review.html
Sunday, January 01, 2012. I wonder how many blogs are updated as New Year's resolutions, never to be posted in again for the rest of the year? Our goal is to be more diligent this year with our blog (considering it's been over a year since I've posted.), to keep friends and family who are "out of town" in the loop. January 2011: rode the Palm Canyon epic mountain bike ride twice in one day, for our birthday challenge. February 2011: IMBA trail crew work day and ride at Sycamore Canyon, Riverside, CA.

Monday, January 19, 2009. A Tale of Two Deserts. Take your time here, too, and let the desert take hold of you. Joshua Tree National Park provides a haven from everyday routines, space for self-discovery, a refuge for the human spirit, and a sense of place in the greater scheme of things.". No problem - pull over and walk towards it. In 30 minutes, turn around and be amazed how far you've made it. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Redlands, California, United States. http://singletracked.blogspot.com/2009/08/late-at-night-i-hear-trees.html
Sunday, August 30, 2009. Late at Night I Hear the Trees. This past week has been very rewarding on a personal level while serving as a reality check on a professional level. We'll start with the good news first. I was quite wrong. Have a great week and hopefully I'll return with some good news about my arm and future employment status. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Life After Pasties: October 2008
http://singletracked.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html
Tuesday, October 14, 2008. Tonight's plan was to test out some new tubeless tires on my mountain bike. I lubed everything up, set my stuff by the door, but I just couldn't find the motivation to get out. Instead I scratched the biking plan and decided to read, but it turns out I left my book at work, so I suppose it's a good time as any to update! I don't have a GPS so I could be way off. Either way, it worked me pretty good, but it was definitely worth the views. Links to this post. Links to this post.

Life After Pasties: April 2009
http://singletracked.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html
Thursday, April 16, 2009. A Tale of Two Breaks. I was having a great race, enjoying the scenery and course and was really into the last long descent when I lost balance on a series of small rollers and flew over the bars. I think I was riding the front wheel into the last roller and couldn't bring the rear down before hitting the incline. It felt like any other OTB crash; I stood up, assessed my head, neck, back, all felt good. Knew that I was a little scratched up. A fellow racer named Justin. We checke...

Life After Pasties: August 2008
http://singletracked.blogspot.com/2008_08_01_archive.html
Sunday, August 24, 2008. Other than riding this weekend (yes, we sometimes. Do other things), a coworker gave us his tickets to the Angels game Saturday night. Despite not following baseball at all, we really enjoyed the night out, and I really enjoyed the three stadium hot dogs I ate. Too bad those dogs didn't enjoy our 40 mile ride in my intestines this morning. Back to the grind tomorrow. I've really got to start getting to bed earlier. Links to this post.
